Job summary

JP Tank is seeking a General Laborer to support concrete construction across the country, including form setting, pouring, and finishing. This hands-on role offers travel to out-of-state sites and exposure to clean energy projects.

You will work on busy construction sites, operate power tools, and help mentor junior teammates while adhering to safety protocols. This is full-time with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on labor tasks, including setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete for specialized construction projects.
• Safely operate various power tools and equipment, ensuring efficient site operations.
• Manage the loading and unloading of materials and tools, maintaining an organized and productive worksite.
• Actively support skilled tradespeople, following instructions to ensure project success and quality craftsmanship.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to PPE and safety protocols and participating in safety meetings.
• Travel to out-of-state job sites as required, contributing to nationwide projects.
• Assist in mentoring less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
