Job summary

Full Sail University seeks a dynamic Community Outreach Representative to build relationships across education, military, and entertainment media communities. The role involves traveling to events, delivering brand presentations, and supporting recruitment efforts both on campus and off-campus.

You will coordinate with regional and military outreach teams, participate in large-scale marketing events, and maintain detailed CRM records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-3 years of college admissions, marketing, education, and/or regional outreach experience.
Must become a licensed agent for Full Sail University in the state of Florida, with continuing education requirements.
Background check mandatory.

Responsibilities

Facilitate touring events and recruitment experiences for Full Sail University.
Deliver brand presentations and participate in campus and community events.
Research, identify, and attend national college fairs and large marketing events.
Collaborate with Military Outreach and Regional Outreach teams to recruit nationwide and in Florida.
Maintain CRM with prospective student communications and event details.
Plan and execute brand advocacy activities with cross-department teams.
