Full Sail University in Houston is seeking a Regional Outreach Representative to build relationships with education communities, deliver on-site and virtual recruitment workshops, and represent the Full Sail brand at events. You will engage with high schools, colleges, and community organizations to grow regional awareness of Full Sail’s programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in admissions or outreach, willingness to travel, and strong presentation and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–3 years of college admissions, marketing, education, and/or regional outreach experience.
• Strong understanding of college admissions process and educational models for primary/secondary education (STEM or CDE).
• Must become a licensed agent for Full Sail University in the state of Florida (additional states as needed).
• Must successfully participate in and complete all continuing education/training requirements.
• Background check mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Be an ambassador for Full Sail University, upholding integrity, professionalism, customer service, and compliance.
• Must live in the greater Houston, TX area.
• Identify and cultivate territory-specific brand advocacy and recruitment activities with education, post-secondary, and local business communities.
• Conduct 15–20 onsite and virtual recruitment activities per month at high schools and community colleges.
• Facilitate interactive recruitment experiences and deliver brand presentations.
• Attend regional college fairs, career nights, STEM/STEAM events, and community events.
• Explain Full Sail University programs, outcomes, and student services to prospective students.
• Collaborate with the touring team to maximize regional tour events and support military outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of Full Sail offerings and CRM communications.
• Travel and flexible scheduling as needed.
