Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in Community Operations and 2+ years in direct Community Management, with strong leadership, coaching, and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 75% with access to a large airport.
• ≥5 years in Community Operations.
• ≥2 years in a direct Community Management role.
• Proven ability to manage large properties and lead teams.
• Strong communication, training and customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Act as the acting Community Manager wherever assigned.
• Provide regional oversight of property management across multiple communities.
• Support regional offices and property managers with audits and action plans.
• Mentor staff and drive operational excellence and financial results.
