Job summary

Access Mental Health Agency in Savannah, GA is seeking a Behavioral Therapist for community-based services. You will provide individual and group therapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, and travel to homes, schools, and workplaces to support client stability and recovery.

The role requires a CACREP Master’s degree and post-graduate mental health experience; LPC/LCSW/LMFT or associate licensure are preferred. Excellent documentation, engagement, and independent travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral or social sciences (CACREP) required.
• Post-graduate experience providing mental health services including therapy and behavioral intervention required.
• Preferred credentials: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Associate licensure.
• Strong engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy, group counseling, and behavioral interventions.
• Conduct assessments and develop or update treatment plans.
• Offer supportive counseling and crisis-responsive interventions.
• Complete documentation and case management per state and agency requirements.
