Job summary

V&O Services Inc. is seeking a Traveling Commercial Superintendent to lead ground-up retail builds across projects, from raw site work to handover. This role requires 100% travel, strong leadership on large-scale sites, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will manage daily operations, direct civil/site work, enforce OSHA standards, push subs to meet aggressive schedules, and maintain clear client communications while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial site superintendent experience on ground-up retail or big-box builds.
• Active OSHA 10 certification and willingness to travel 100% for project assignments.
• Strong knowledge of civil site work, grading, utilities, and structural phases.
• ProCore proficiency and ability to coordinate with subs and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ground-up commercial construction operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Direct civil/site work and structural activities while enforcing site safety protocols.
• Push subcontractors to meet deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
• Resolve on-site challenges independently and maintain professional client communication.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance on site.
