Job summary

Parkway Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for commercial ground-up projects nationwide. This role requires extensive travel and on-site leadership to ensure alignment with the project schedule, safety, and quality standards.

The Superintendent will oversee subcontractors, manage on-site workflow, and maintain clear communication with owner representatives, AHJ, and trade partners. Procore and MS Office are used for documentation and project control, with a focus on meeting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• Experience coordinating with trade partners and AHJs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site project workflow to meet schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with project management.
• Maintain site records and document changes in Procore.
• Travel nationwide to projects and manage field operations.
