Job summary

Parkway Construction seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent for commercial ground-up projects with national travel across the lower 48 states. The role leads on-site workflow to align with schedule, safety and quality standards, coordinating with management, subcontractors, and AHJ representatives.

The candidate will manage on-site teams, plan trades, communicate priorities, and travel extensively to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining Parkway’s standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction or traveling GC work.
• Cal/OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site workflow to meet schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with client representatives and trade partners.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and on-site communications.
• Ensure adherence to project procedures, budgets, and schedules.
• Travel away from home for extended periods as required.
