Job summary

PWCampbell is seeking a traveling Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site construction and renovation projects for commercial clients, with emphasis on financial institutions. Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience as a superintendent in commercial construction; Bank and Credit Union experience is a plus.
• Design-build understanding including scheduling, permitting, budgets, safety and reporting.
• Lead projects of varying scale from small improvements to large builds; strong client relations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret job specs and plans to ensure quality on time and within budget.
• Review and coordinate project plans and specifications at the job site.
• Conduct inventories of materials and coordinate with the project manager for uninterrupted flow of materials.
• Sole supervision over subcontractors.
• Uphold the project to schedule and budget.
• Ensure safety per OSHA and COVID-19 requirements and compliance.
• Permit supervision including scheduling inspections and meeting with inspectors on site.
• Create work logs daily.
• Coordinate with Interior Designs, Furniture, Branding and Technology Installations.
• Communicate with architect, engineers and clients throughout the project.
• Host on-site progress meetings with the project manager.
• Handle daily client communications and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform small carpentry tasks as needed.
• Guarantee overall quality and workmanship.
