Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent with GC experience for commercial construction in the DC Metro Area. You will oversee field operations, safety, scheduling, subcontractors, and quality control on projects ranging from $1–10M.

The role focuses on ground-up and interior renovations across healthcare, retail, hospitality and other sectors. Local candidates preferred; an established, stable pipeline supports competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent with a GC.
• Experience with commercial construction.
• Local to DC Metro Area - Preferred.

Job Details

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Based in the DC Metro Area, we are an established GC that has been building for almost 20 years! We specialize in commercial construction including both ground-up and interior renovations.

Project types include healthcare, retail, hospitality, SCIF, and range from $1-10M in value size.
