Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee daily activities of multiple crews, designate staging areas, and train crews in roofing installations.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost efficiency while coordinating personnel scheduling and project logistics. Travel is 100% required; candidates should have 3–5 years in Construction Management (Superintendent) and 2–3 years in roofing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years’ experience in Roofing Industry.
• Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus!
• Minimum High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred!
• Must be familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
• Driver’s License (Required)
• 100% Travel Required

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designate material staging areas.
• Oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew personnel scheduling and issues.
• Ensure roofing systems are installed with highest quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
