Qualifications

Commercial lighting retrofit experience is required.
Experience performing both interior and exterior lighting retrofits is required.
Experience leading a crew or working as a Foreman is required.
Strong knowledge of commercial lighting fixtures and retrofit applications.
Experience operating scissor lifts and boom lifts.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crews performing commercial lighting retrofit projects.
Perform interior and exterior lighting retrofits.
Retrofit and replace existing lighting fixtures, lamps, drivers, ballasts, and related components.
Install new LED lighting systems and retrofit existing fixtures to LED.
Travel extensively across the United States on project sites.
Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate daily crew assignments and maintain productivity.
