The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, blueprints interpretation, NEC standards adherence, and coordination with project managers to keep work moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running commercial electrical projects in the field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach - you lead from the front, not the sideline.
• Solid knowledge of electrical installation methods, NEC standards, and jobsite coordination.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must own basic hand tools.

We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor expanding our team. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who takes pride in leading crews the right way - on time, on budget, and built to last. This position requires traveling to out-of-state job sites for the work week, with the potential of also working close to home - as we are a NJ-based company.

What You'LL Do
