Job summary

The Perillo Group is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple Southeastern states. This role requires hands-on management of electrical crews on commercial projects, travel across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi, and coordination with general contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, safe, and compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or senior electrical field leader.
• Strong commercial electrical construction experience.
• Experience overseeing projects from mobilization through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Lead and coordinate electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, other trades, inspectors, and customers.
• Monitor project schedules and help keep work on track.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications, NEC requirements, and applicable codes.
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Identify field issues early and work with project leadership to resolve them.
• Track project progress and communicate field updates to project management.
• Assist with material planning, deliveries, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
