SECO of GA LLC is seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead large-field crews on commercial power and control installations. The role involves supervising 8–15 electricians, traveling to project sites, and ensuring high-quality installations on ground-up commercial builds.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of leadership in commercial electrical work, the ability to read complex drawings, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial electrical field.
• Proven ability to lead large crews and execute complex electrical work with minimal oversight.
• Read and interpret detailed project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Willingness to travel to various project assignments as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews of 8-15 electrical professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Direct daily field work in alignment with project plans and safety protocols.
• Coordinate tasks to meet strict timelines and budgets.
• Maintain daily field reports and safety meeting documentation.
• Resolve on-site technical/logistical issues to prevent delays.
