Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work on schedule.
• Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Strong communication with clients, field teams, and design partners.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain schedule.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project docs.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear client and team communication.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to minimize risk and maintain momentum.
• Promote safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
