Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting in New York is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects valued between $10M and $30M. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating with project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Four to seven years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the construction project from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and procurement strategies.
• Lead project meetings and manage relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.
