Job summary

University of California - Los Angeles Health is seeking a Project Management Associate to support diverse financial and auditing initiatives across UCLA sites. The role requires frequent travel, analytical acumen, and coordination with system-wide training teams to keep program documents up to date.

You will provide independent administrative and financial support to FPG Finance, maintain the EPIC CareConnect Cashiering Table, analyze cashing platform reports, and contribute to site visit

Qualifications

• Frequent travel to all UCLA sites is REQUIRED.
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience or training - REQUIRED
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel with accuracy and formatting
• Experience leading service redesign and improvement in a clinical setting using LEAN; change management knowledge
• Ability to independently analyze information, identify factors and trends, implement and monitor solutions
• Strong written English for routine business correspondence
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with patients, staff, managers and clinicians
• Organizing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines in a heavy workload
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed

Responsibilities

• Audit projects across Patient Experience Surveys, Cash Controls, Finance and other areas.
• Coordinate with system-wide training and support teams to keep program documents and digital information up to date.
• Provide independent administrative, analytical, and program support to FPG Finance including maintaining the EPIC CareConnect Cashiering Table.
• Analyze financial reports related to the Cashiering Platform to minimize errors and improve accuracy.
• Provide in-office Cash Handling Training, Site Visit Audits, Financial Reporting.
