The role requires a healthcare degree, active licensure, up to 90% travel, and hands-on clinical training experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health care discipline is required.
• Current licensure or certification in healthcare is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% for onsite training and go-live support.
• Clinical experience preferred with hands-on training in clinical settings.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user training and education programs for communication products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product rollouts and go-live activities.
• Identify user trends and training opportunities to improve adoption.
• Apply consultative approach to uncover operational challenges and drive outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare communication trends.
