Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support 400+ clinic locations nationwide from Cincinnati, OH. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and support clinic teams to maintain strong performance and a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities include traveling to clinics, delivering engaging consultations, managing the full sales cycle, and coaching a small team of 2–5 employees.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to travel 100% and adapt to new locations.
• Residence near a major airport.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers
• Manage full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance and maintain a positive, high-energy culture
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking
• After completing training, support onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
