Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to lead operations and sales across 400+ clinics nationwide. Based out of Omaha, NE, you will travel extensively, manage client consultations, and drive revenue through personalized treatment plans while supporting clinic teams.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales role with proven success.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% and reside near a major airport.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations with clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to closing and retention.
• Promote treatment packages using value-based recommendations to drive revenue.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor a small team (2–5 employees) to boost performance.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
