Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-based sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% with flexible schedules.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Residence near a Milan clinic and an airport.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads.
• Manage full sales cycle from consult to closing and retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling.
• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding goals.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor a 2–5 person team.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist daily clinic operations including scheduling and systems.
• Support onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers.
