This full‑time, salaried role blends sales leadership with operations, traveling to clinics to coach teams, conduct client consultations, and drive revenue through personalized treatment plans and exceptional client service.

You will lead 2–5 staff, analyze sales KPIs, and mentor teams to achieve goals while maintaining a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission‑driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long‑term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value‑based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
