Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ clinics, stepping in as acting Clinic Manager for coverage needs. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and mentor clinic teams to sustain performance and an exceptional client experience.

You will travel to locations nationwide, delivering sales leadership, coordinating schedules, and enabling onboarding and training of new managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance and maintain a positive, high-energy culture.
