Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ locations. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized plans, and mentor clinic teams to sustain strong performance and a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities include travel to sites nationwide, delivering effective consultations, and managing the full sales cycle while promoting packages.

Qualifications

2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%).
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance and maintain a positive culture.
