Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to provide national operations and sales leadership across 400+ clinics. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue with personalized treatment plans, and support clinic teams to maintain strong performance and a seamless client experience.

The role requires 2+ years in commission-based sales, proven leadership, and willingness to travel extensively; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2-5 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention; promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coach and mentor a small team to drive performance and maintain a positive culture.
• Foster strong client relationships through personalized solutions and exceptional service.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking.
• After training, assist onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers.
