Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Traveling Chef Manager to provide account coverage and support at an assigned account location, overseeing daily dining services staff and operations.

You will manage menus for daily service and catering, coordinate purchasing from approved vendors, and complete weekly reports for the District Manager while maintaining safety and scheduling across travel-heavy duties (up to 75%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, restaurant or business or culinary degree preferred.
• 5+ years in culinary management, serving up to 500 customers daily and managing staff of 5+.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CATERTRAX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining services staff and account coverage.
• Execute menus for daily service and catering; adjust for trends and costs.
• Purchase all food, beverage, and supplies from approved vendors.
• Prepare weekly account reports and inventory to District Manager.
• Manage employee work schedules and travel up to 75%.
• Interact daily with staff, customers, and clients.
