Job summary

Delaware Valley Management is seeking a Traveling Certified Medical Assistant to support Marlton, Mullica Hill, Lawrenceville, and Bala-Cynwyd offices. You will maintain patient records, prep charts, check patients in/out, and assist with billing and scheduling while traveling between locations.

CCMA certification with 3+ years in a medical office is required; EMR experience and orthopedic exposure are preferred. Travel to multiple offices is essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential required.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office.
• Experience with EMR (electronic medical records).
• Preferred background in orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all digital patient records.
• Prep patient charts before their appointments.
• Checking patient in and out.
• General understanding of our billing process.
• General understanding of our insurance process.
• Rescheduling appointments when needed.
• Assist the manager in maintaining the medical inventory and placing orders for new materials as needed.
• All other duties assigned by the physician.
• Position requires acting as administrative assistant to the doctor (handling work notes, scheduling conflicts, calendar).
• Travel is required to multiple offices.
