Vein and Vascular Institute in Voorhees Township, NJ seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our fast-paced specialty practice. You will greet patients, record vital signs and history in the EMR, and assist physicians during visits.

The role emphasizes patient safety, comfort, privacy, and a clean, organized environment. Travel to satellite offices is required occasionally; we value compassion, reliability, and teamwork to deliver excellent patient care.

Formación

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification preferred.
• Experience in a specialty or vascular setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to travel between office locations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients professionally with warmth and compassion.
• Record vital signs and medical history in EMR.
• Assist physicians during visits and procedures.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
• Prepare rooms, stock supplies, and keep a sterile environment.
• Prepare medications and injections as directed.
• Travel to satellite offices as needed; travel reimbursement provided where applicable.
• Document promptly in EMR.
• Follow HIPAA and practice policies.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
