GeoStabilization International (GSI) seeks an experienced Driller Leader to execute heavy casing drilling across the United States. You will lead crews, uphold safety plans, and mentor teammates while ensuring high-precision casing installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of deep casing drilling experience in geotechnical or ground support.
• Experience with concentric casing systems (Symmetrix, ODEX, Elemex, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to advance casing through challenging conditions.
• Experience maintaining verticality, alignment, and embedment tolerances within engineered specifications.
• Strong understanding of casing sequencing, grout control, and structural load transfer principles.
