Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Progression Coach to support Participants from registration through to placement. You will diagnose needs, deliver coaching and action plans, and provide health and wellbeing guidance to a caseload of up to 25 Participants.

Role involves travel to Reed locations and community venues, with a focus on enabling sustainable employment and readiness for work in a welfare-to-work context.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail or service.
• Direct work with client groups facing barriers to work.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with measurable outcomes.
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Grade B or Level 2 Literacy at interview stage.
• Willingness to travel locally and across a large region.

Responsibilities

• Attracts and registers Participants for progression to employment.
• Delivers coaching and guidance to a caseload up to 25 Participants.
• Provides health, wellbeing and in-work support to enable sustainable employment.
• Engages with Job Centre Plus and partners to widen access to services.
• Travels to fixed Reed in Partnership locations and community venues.
