Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ground-up commercial projects, preferably in the light industrial and/or cold storage sector.
• Ability to speak basic Spanish commands and questions regarding construction preferred.
• Strong computer and technical skills with quick adaptability to new software.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects.
• Participates in successful negotiation of project subcontracts.
• Develops and monitors project quality, safety, and risk management plans.
