Atlantic Pacific Companies in the Miami area seeks a Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties with timely maintenance and move-in readiness. You will travel daily to a single property, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and help maintain common areas and amenities.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certifications (I/II or universal), and a willingness to travel locally up to 80%.

Formación

• Requires EPA I or II, Universal or HVAC certification.
• CPO certification is a plus and pool maintenance experience is required.
• Must be able to travel locally up to 80% of the time.
• Experience as Make Ready or Maintenance Technician for an apartment community (1-2 years).

Responsabilidades

• Travel to a single property daily to complete work orders.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Assist with cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Assist moving furniture and loading/unloading supplies.
• Respond to on-call emergencies promptly.
