Garden City Community College seeks a full-time, tenure-track instructor to provide instructional services for Allied Health programs. The role includes teaching courses approved by state and AMT, and delivering on-campus, online, and outreach site instruction with lab and clinical experiences using simulation equipment.

Qualifications

• Hold a current U.S. driver license and be able to drive to outreach locations designated in GCCC.
• Certified Community Health Worker instructor certification preferred or required.
• At least 3 years of full-time clinical work experience in a healthcare field with appropriate scope of practice.

Responsabilités

• Teach courses approved by Kansas Department of Health and Environment and AMT, as well as GCCC courses you are qualified to teach.
• Teach at multiple outreach sites, campus and online, including lab and clinical experiences with simulation equipment.
• Maintain student scholastic records and advise students while coordinating clinical internships and preceptor assignments.
• Participate in program review, accreditation, advisory committees, and materials/equipment management.
