Qualificações

• Diploma from a regionally accredited college or university in nursing or a related health science field with three (3) years of related work experience in the past seven years.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in nursing or related health field with three (3) years of related work experience in the past seven years; teaching experience at the post-secondary level; involvement in professional organizations; strong written and verbal communication skills; computer skills including Microsoft Office and Banner; knowledge of Blackboard LMS and EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfills both teaching and non-teaching activities.
• Work flexible hours and be effective in classroom settings.
• Prepare lesson plans to meet program goals and accreditation standards.
• Evaluate student progress toward curriculum objectives.
• Request and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Maintain program certification requirements as appropriate.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and administrative reports for accreditation and licensing.
• Ensure safety and security in the training area.
• Meet with students and staff to discuss instructional programs and issues.
