Job summary

KIHOMAC is seeking a technically skilled technician to train and modify electrical systems on military aircraft at Randolph Air Force Base. The role focuses on Time-Compliance Technical Orders, harness installation, and on-aircraft modifications, with training provided to perform tasks under supervision and later independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate's Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline desired.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification desired.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the required task area.
• US Military Aircraft Maintenance and/or wiring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-aircraft modifications, TCTO, harness installation/removal, testouts, and TVI.
• Follow engineering guidance, orders, and drawings in manufacturing.
• Assemble, inspect, and test wire terminations and harnesses (OJT).
• Document records verifying wire harness compliance and inventory control.
• Train and assist other technicians on techniques and procedures (OJT).
