Job summary

FilterPro USA, LLC is seeking a reliable Filter Changer to join our field team in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on replacing, cleaning, and maintaining filters across school systems, industries, and chain stores, with a company vehicle, gas card, and phone provided.

Overnight travel may be required, with company-provided room and per diem when applicable. We offer full-time hours, a 40–60 hour work week, and benefits including 401(k), dental, health, life insurance, PTO, and vision.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail for proper installation and maintenance of filters.
• Knowledge of using basic tools such as a screwdriver.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to work with dispatch and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters in school systems, industries, and chain stores.
• Clean filters to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling filters and working on equipment.
