Job summary

FilterPro USA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Filter Changer to replace, clean, and maintain filters across multiple sites. The role covers travel with per diem and potential overnight stays as required, with a typical 40–60 hour work week.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable using basic tools, and coordinate with dispatch to keep accurate change schedules and records. This is a full-time, in-person position with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.
• Ability to handle basic tools such as a screwdriver.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters within various sites.
• Clean filters to remove dirt, debris and contaminants.
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols when handling filters and equipment.
