Job summary

FilterPro USA, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Filter Changer to replace, clean, and maintain filters across systems, ensuring optimal performance. You may travel for assignments and overnight stays may be required occasionally, with room and per diem provided when overnight travel is needed.

This is a full-time role with 40–60 hours per week and benefits including 401(k), dental, health, life insurance, PTO, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.
• Knowledge of how to use basic tools (screwdriver, etc...).
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters within various environments.
• Clean filters to remove dirt and contaminants.
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols when handling filters and equipment.
