The role focuses on high-quality structural and industrial welding in demanding field environments. Candidates must demonstrate FCAW proficiency and the ability to complete the 6G restricted pipe test, plus meet project-specific qualification requirements, background checks, and

Qualifications

• Significant structural steel and heavy industrial welding experience.
• Proficiency with FCAW welding processes.
• Must successfully complete a 6G Restricted Pipe Test.
• Must qualify to applicable WPS and read weld symbols.
• TWIC card or Real ID is required.
• Background screening and site access requirements must be met.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the SE United States.
• Ability to read and interpret WPSs, weld symbols, and project specs.
• Knowledge of joint preparation, fit-up, and welding parameters.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural and industrial welding in field environments.
• Meet project-specific qualification requirements and tests.
• Travel to and work at multiple southeastern US project sites.
