Job summary

Abacus Corporation is seeking an order picker/packer for a fast-paced distribution center. You will reliably select, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners, verifying quantities, and upholding cleanliness and safety. The role requires basic computer/scanner experience and attention to detail. Willingness to travel for a 6–8 week project is required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Deployment & Travel Details - MUST be willing to travel to Columbus Ohio

• Hotel lodging – employee pays $100 a week
• Transportation – must have reliable transportation to Columbus Ohio as well as to work site and back to hotel
• Shift details to be determined, $21 per hour
• You must be able to remain on assignment for the full duration of the project (approximately 6-8 weeks)
