Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in Hilo, Hawaii. The role requires 3+ years in an acute hospital setting and ARDMS RVT/AB/OB certification, plus BLS.

The position offers 40 hours per week with flexible 8-hour shifts and travel compensation. Interested candidates will perform comprehensive vascular and abdominal ultrasound procedures, interpret findings, and assist with biopsies and intraoperative assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
• At least one contract as a full-time sonographer.
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB), and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, must be AHA certified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasound procedures including abdomen, GYN, OB, neonatal, superficial structures, and vascular assessments.
• Interpret and document ultrasound images and findings accurately.
• Perform procedures such as aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative assessments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
