The position offers 40 hours per week with flexible 8-hour shifts and travel compensation. Interested candidates will perform comprehensive vascular and abdominal ultrasound procedures, interpret findings, and assist with biopsies and intraoperative assessments.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
• At least one contract as a full-time sonographer.
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB), and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, must be AHA certified.

General Job Duties

The Ultrasonographer will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting ultrasound procedures for the abdomen, GYN, OB, neonatal, superficial structures, and vascular assessments.
• Interpreting and documenting ultrasound images and findings accurately.
• Performing essential procedures including aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative assessments.
• Collaborating with medical staff to develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
• At least one contract or more of experience as a full-time sonographer.

Licensures and Certifications

Schedule Requirements

• 40-hour shift work with required holiday coverage.
