Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) for Echo and Vascular studies on a 13-week travel assignment in Edenton, North Carolina. You will perform high-frequency ultrasound exams, prepare patients, and ensure image quality for diagnostic interpretation.

The position requires completion of an accredited ultrasound program, at least one year of recent ultrasound experience, and active ARDMS/ARRT certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) and active ultrasound license as required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of anatomy and physiology and medical terminology.
• Perform ultrasound exams including vascular and echocardiography studies.
• Ensure image quality and accurate documentation for interpretation.
