Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 26-week assignment in San Angelo, Texas. The role includes day shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), 40 hours per week, and rotation through radiology/cardiology ultrasound with general and vascular imaging.

Required: 1+ year in general and vascular ultrasound, ARDMS certification (AB/RVT preferred), ACLS/BLS/NIHSS, Nursys verification, and in-hand license if applicable. Travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general and vascular ultrasound experience.
• ARDMS certification required; AB/RVT preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Nursys verification and license in-hand prior to consideration.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Radiology/Cardiology Ultrasound for general imaging.
• Perform vascular studies including aorta, carotid, Doppler and duplex assessments.
• Conduct OB/GYN imaging across all trimesters when assigned.
• Operate GE equipment and document findings in PACS.
