TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in High Point, North Carolina. The role requires 1 year of experience, BLS, ARDMS, and state licensing where applicable.

You will operate ultrasound equipment, prepare patients, and assist radiologists with procedures, reporting findings as needed. The position offers 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, with travel compensation and benefits through TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound technologist experience.
• Current BLS certification and ARDMS credentials.
• State license as required where applicable.
• Proficiency with PACS system for image management.

Responsabilités

• Educate patients and/or family regarding procedures.
• Identify and observe areas of concern with ultrasound equipment.
• Prepare exam room and assist Radiologists with ultrasound procedures and biopsies.
• Report abnormalities to medical staff.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and document findings.
• Conduct scans and write reports based on results.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Utilize McKesson PACS system.
