Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment in High Point, North Carolina. The role requires ARDMS certification, an associated or bachelor’s degree in sciences, BLS, and at least two years of recent experience.

This 13-week travel contract involves 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift in a hospital setting. Work revolves around operating imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality images, and communicating results to physicians.

Qualifications

• Active ARDMS certification is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Two years of recent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound imaging equipment and ensure image quality for diagnostic use.
• Identify normal and abnormal imaging findings and communicate results to physicians.
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the ultrasound exam.
• Review patient history and document imaging results in the chart and coordinate care.
