Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Florence, SC. This Gen/Vascular role involves performing high-frequency sonography, preparing patients, and collaborating with a clinical team to deliver diagnostic images.

Ideal candidates have an accredited ultrasound program, 1+ year experience, and current BLS; ARDMS/ARRT certifications are preferred. Travel benefits and support are included.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license per state regulations.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate diagnostic imaging into patient care plans.
• Position patients and prep for examinations to ensure comfort and safety.
• Perform general and vascular sonography examinations and assess images for clarity.
• Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment following safety standards.
• Apply clinical expertise to perform effective sonographic procedures.
• Work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards.
