Job summary

The Ultrasound Technician will perform high-frequency ultrasound imaging to assist with diagnosis, adhering to contract and facility standards. Candidates should meet regulatory requirements, hold CPR if applicable, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Certification and/or state licensure required per state/contract.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technician preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound imaging to assist with diagnosis by producing images of the patient’s body.
• Employed on a travel basis for a 13-week assignment in Bakersfield, CA.
• Work 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts.
