Job summary

Premiere Trial Services is seeking a Trial Consultant – Contract for a full-time, travel-based role. You will work with attorneys and litigation teams to support trial strategy, case presentation, and juror communication. Daily tasks include reviewing case materials, witness prep, and shaping narrative themes for trial.

This on-site role requires coordinating logistics, attending client meetings, and providing courtroom support while maintaining discretion with confidential information.

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation support, trial consulting, or a related legal services field.
• Strong analytical and research abilities, including reviewing evidence and identifying key case themes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizing trial materials, managing deadlines, and multitasking.
• Comfort working on-site in courtroom and law firm settings with discretion.
• Ability to use standard office and presentation software; experience with trial presentation tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, criminal justice, communications, psychology, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience supporting trials in the New York City Metropolitan Area is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review case materials and assist with witness preparation.
• Advise on demonstratives and exhibits; help shape trial narratives.
• Attend client meetings and trial planning sessions.
• Provide on-the-ground support in court, coordinating logistics and monitoring juror reactions.
• Refine presentation approaches as proceedings unfold and deadlines are met.
